Occupational Therapist – Outpatient-Activate Physical Therapy

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team at Activate.

We’re a privately owned practice with hands-on owners and a close-knit team. In this role, you’ll work with pediatric, teen, and adults with orthopedic and neurological conditions, helping them improve function, regain independence, and get back to the activities that matter to them. You’ll work alongside our physical and occupational therapy team, with opportunities to share ideas and help shape our OT services.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their goals and daily challenges.
• Provide treatment for Orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and difficulties with daily activities.
• Teach patients and caregivers practical strategies they can use at home.
• Communicate with the treatment team and referring providers to coordinate care.
• Keep documentation accurate and up to date, and adjust treatment as patients progress.

Who we’re looking for:

• An occupational therapist licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
• Someone who listens well, explains things clearly, and makes patients feel comfortable.
• A dependable teammate who takes pride in their work and is willing to lend a hand.
• Outpatient orthopedic or neurological experience is a plus.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
