What You’ll Do as a OT

Geriatric Patient Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one occupational therapy as a field OT to geriatric patients in their homes.

Care Planning

Implement effective plans of care to improve patient mobility and safety.

Timely Documentation

Complete Evaluations, Re-Assessments, and OASIS documentation (Start of Care, Resumption of Care, and Discharge) with a clinical team that helps you get it right.

Team Coordination

Collaborate with our clinical leadership team, dedicated office staff, and fellow therapy assistants to deliver outstanding patient care.

What you need

License: Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) License.

Certification

Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Transportation

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
