Virtual CA Occupational Therapist - Eval Heavy Virtual OT Position

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a California-licensed and California-based (must have CA address) Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This position is primarily virtual, supporting students in grades K-12 through evaluations and IEP meetings. In-person opportunities are available throughout California but are completely optional.

This is perfect for OTs who value flexibility, autonomy, and authentic collaboration. Listed weekly hours are just an estimate, and we can tailor a schedule/caseload to fit your needs!

What You’ll Do

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

What We’re Looking For

• California OT license (required)
• Experience with school-aged children (K–12)
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Reliable technology setup for virtual sessions
• Warm, professional, and flexible - you know how to blend clinical skill with compassion
