Graphic Designer

Overview

A-Plus Signs and Mega-Prints are the Central Valley's leaders in electrical architectural signage and large format printing. We pride ourselves on our fine craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. Currently, we are seeking an adaptable team player to fill our full-time hybrid graphic designer position.

The ideal candidates would possess 1+ years with direct graphic design/architectural design experience and will be experienced in the PC based Adobe Creative Suites, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. The ability to smoothly transition from one creative job to the next while keeping a keen eye for detail is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• Working internally with sales executives, project managers and/or clients directly to develop proofs and technical production drawings
• Superimposing new sign designs onto site photos
• Working with existing designs/logo artwork
• Managing workflow efficiently
• Setting up print ready files
• Operating large format printer a plus

Qualifications

• Ability to create computer generated graphics and presentation drawings.
• Ability to learn new techniques quickly
• Ability to operate large format printer is highly desired
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure to meet deadlines
• Organized
• Team oriented

Experience

• Graphic Designs: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
