Assistant/Associate Designer

We are seeking an organized, creative, and detail-oriented Assistant/Associate Designer to support our design team across multiple stages of the product development process. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer who is passionate about apparel and eager to build hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trend, market, and competitive research to support seasonal design direction.
• Create sketches, CADs, presentation materials, and merchandising tools.
• Assist with sample tracking, organization, and product development tasks.
• Support the preparation of line sheets, presentation boards, and internal meeting materials.
• Help maintain fabric, trim, and design reference libraries.
• Coordinate development calendars and assist with day-to-day design team needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant apparel, fashion, or product design experience preferred.
• Strong sketching, illustration, and CAD skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of line sheets, tech packs, and apparel development processes is a plus.
