You will join a dynamic quality assurance team responsible for interoperability and performance validation through WFA Certification Programs on iOS, watchOS, and other exciting products. You will deliver a flawless connectivity experience to our customers.
Responsibilities include crafting test strategies using various test methodologies, building test setups, automating test frameworks, triaging issues with development engineers, and executing WFA Certification Program testing to ensure the best Wi-Fi quality across our product line.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience You have 3+ years of experience with 802.11/Wi-Fi protocols, including packet-level analysis You have 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance (SQA) methodologies and practices You have experience developing test strategies and test plans, and executing them through automated or manual testing You have experience applying AI to automation or testing workflows, and solving real-world problems
Experience with Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA) Certification Programs, including building and maintaining test setups or test beds Experience using tools such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth packet sniffers and network protocol analyzers to debug issues, identify root causes, and provide findings to engineering teams Collaborative, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail, with a focus on the smallest details that matter to our customers Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document reproduction steps, logs, performance data, and root-cause findings
