About this role

Apple is where individual imaginations gather together, committing to the values that lead to great work. Every new product we build, service we create, or Apple Store experience we deliver is the result of us making each other's ideas stronger. That happens because every one of us shares a belief that we can make something wonderful and share it with the world, changing lives for the better.

It's the diversity of our people and their thinking that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do. When we bring everybody in, we can do the best work of our lives. Here, you will do more than join something, you will add something.

Apple Home features premium products designed to enhance and personalize the user experience with consumer electronics. Combining performance, style, and innovation, they serve as the perfect complement to daily life, both at work and beyond.

The Home team is seeking a self-driven and passionate Engineering Program Manager to lead projects during the New Product Introduction (NPI) stage in the APAC region. You will collaborate across departments and management levels to quickly identify challenges, drive resolutions, and ensure project readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field. Track record of running technical programs and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin, with excellent presentation and written communication skills.

Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) within China and Vietnam.

Expertise in consumer electronics manufacturing with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to lead, take decisive action, and provide goal-oriented direction in ambiguous environments.

Demonstrated comfort in expressing a clear point of view and influencing change across projects, programs, and processes. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
