Techno-Functional Business Analyst

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to support the development of a centralized customer data platform that unifies customer information across the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong data-oriented background (70% data / 30% business analysis), understand business processes and customer journeys, and possess knowledge of AWS services, DynamoDB, Lambda, and MuleSoft integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of a centralized data platform for unified customer information.
• Understand business processes, data flows, and customer journey touchpoints across the organization.
• Gather and analyze business and data requirements for multiple consumption use cases, including reporting and GenAI.
• Help establish consistent customer definitions and data points across systems.
• Work with AWS services, including DynamoDB, Lambda, and cloud storage.
• Support DynamoDB-based data ingestion, fast retrieval, and flexible schema requirements.
• Collaborate with integration teams using MuleSoft as the integration layer.
• Support data mapping, requirements documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
