Technician IV, Engineering (Data Management, System Support and Troubleshooting)

Summary of the Role:

As the Technician IV, Engineering – Data Management, System Support and Troubleshooting, you will be responsible for supporting and sustaining data analytics and monitoring solutions that enable accurate, timely, and reliable business reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining dashboards and monitoring systems, ensuring data integrity and operational visibility across critical processes.

Close collaboration with engineers, process owners, and stakeholders is essential to ensure that monitoring tools and reporting systems effectively meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:

• Maintain and support dashboards to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Update and sustain SAS and SQL programs used for data processing and reporting.
• Monitor data quality and ensure all monitoring dashboards and alerts are up to date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, dashboard, and system issues.
• Perform data validation and integrity checks to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring and analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to address reporting and monitoring requirements.

Education and Work Experience:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology, Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer System Management, Information System Management or a related field of study.
• Atleast 3 years of work experience in data processing, maintaining dashboards, reporting and monitoring processes.
• Industry exposure in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing setup is highly preferred.

Skills and Competency Requirements:

• Ability to analyse data, identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to investigate data discrepancies and identify potential issues.
