China – Manufacturing Test Process Engineering Technician (T)

• Specialty heads IQC to ensure incoming quality within spec.
• Specialty heads recycle for cost saving.
• Heads' calibration disk generation for production sustaining.
• IGC head bonding for production sustaining.
• Diploma, Major in Engineering will be preferred.
• Minimum 2years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing and familiar with microscope operation.
• Familiar with machine trouble shooting and alarm handling.
• Good sense and follow up on quality issue and project.
• Experience on machine and tooling routine PM.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Workable English.
• Familiar with office software: Microsoft Word/excel/ Power point
