The company is seeking an MBA intern to own Salesforce product initiatives by researching user needs, designing tooling with program managers and developers, and supporting change management during implementation.

Responsibilities

User Research: understanding the cross-functional needs that would be needed in a central tool, and what outside systems would need to be integrated

Design: facilitating planning and design for these user needs, in combination with our Salesforce PgM and external developers

Change Management: facilitating feedback sessions and the user teams’ transition into the new tooling

Qualifications:

• AV / Technical Startup Experience
