Job Overview We are searching for a Senior Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for strategic business and technical roles. You'll partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to shape and scale the critical functions that power VRChat.
This role requires a background in hiring strategy and technical recruiting. You'll be a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business, advising on org design and headcount planning, shaping how roles are scoped before a search begins, and bringing market intelligence that informs hiring strategy.
Job & Team Impact In this role, you will ensure that priority hires are made efficiently by driving day-to-day recruiting operations and execution. This includes building and managing pipelines, keeping candidates engaged, and maintaining momentum across interview processes.
