WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Customer Development Deploy sales activity plans with key operators with the use of the company available sales tools Lead the negotiations with potential operators within company’s policies & budget and monitor their performance & compliance to take corrective action where appropriate.

Unlock annual agreements with potential customers for the company strategic categories Ensure appropriate/ frequent contact with key stake holders in each customer are being carried out as per the contact matrix Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to key operators to generate incremental business

Assigned Territory Expansion

Lead the development of the assigned territory by building a clear territory plan focused on numeric growth, weighted growth, and sustainable expansion across priority segments. Drive new business development by identifying, recruiting, and converting high-potential HORECA customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional operators.

Strengthen coverage, improve customer productivity, and unlock growth opportunities across core and innovation SKUs through effective pipeline management, regular market visits, kitchen demonstrations, and strong execution of agreed commercial plans.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Drive sustainable, profitable growth across national and regional chain accounts by building strong partnerships, leading commercial negotiations and JBPs. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and on ground execution to unlock volume, margin and long-term customer value.

Experiences & Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG (Optional) University graduate (Business Major is a plus), Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Key Accounts/Food Services and commercial negotiations

Skills

Strong negotiation & presentation skills. An initiator mindset with the ability to develop strong execution bias to provide win-win solutions for the entire stakeholders, relationship management, financial acumen, sales management, data-driven decision making & strong key accounts management with Well versed in English / Urdu, Culinary knowledge/experience is a plus.
