Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Plant’s safety, health, and environment management are all complies with Thai law and all related international standards
Implement safety work plans, actives following strategic safety program
- Complete risk assessment program, risk review, implement control measures and develop recommendations for addressing the issue.
- Provide safety training program and management training to ensure that employee, contractors, and suppliers understand the safety and environment regulations.
- Conducting safety inspection/observations to ensure unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions are detected and corrected and set plan for reducing risk.
- Lead as a SHE expert for any related SHE program; Management of change, Process safety management, Gap assessment, Risk control, Chemical management, and etc.
- Coordinating with the department/persons concerned to maintain SHE program.
- Implement plant emergency plans and response activity.
- Monitor safety activities for new project/initiative programs and executed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- 5-7 years working experience in Occupational Health Safety in Manufacturing field.
- Able to motivate and communicate in SHE program to Key stakeholders.
- Good command of English Positive attitude and cooperativeness.
