Role Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner Manager - Foods Philippines and Supply Chain Greater Asia

Job Purpose: This is a strategic HR Business Partner role with a strong transformation mandate.

As Senior HRBP Manager for Foods Philippines and Supply Chain Greater Asia, you will partner senior business leaders to shape and deliver the people agenda across Commercial and end-to-end Supply Chain.

You will lead organization design, talent, capability, culture and workforce priorities, while driving HR implementation for the Foods transaction in the Philippines — ensuring business continuity, organization readiness and employee confidence through change.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, influences at senior levels, uses data to guide decisions and is motivated by building high-performing organizations through transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to Foods Philippines and Greater Asia Supply Chain leaders, translating business priorities into clear people plans.
  • Lead HR implementation for the Foods transaction in the Philippines, ensuring smooth transition, clear communication and organization readiness.
  • Shape organization design, workforce planning and future capabilities across Commercial and Supply Chain.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through succession planning, leadership development and critical role planning.
  • Lead core people processes including performance, reward, talent forums and workforce governance.
  • Leverage data and insights to guide people decisions, manage risks and improve business outcomes.
  • Champion engagement, culture and employee relations across a complex, changing environment.
  • Collaborate across HR teams to deliver integrated, business-focused people solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Required Experience

  • Significant HR Business Partnering experience in a complex multinational environment.
  • Strong track record in organizational design, workforce planning and transformation delivery.
  • Experience partnering senior leaders and influencing strategic business decisions.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale change, restructuring, M&A integration or business transformation programs.
  • Strong experience in talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to shape business and people decisions.
  • Experience navigating employee relations and labor environments.
