Senior Executive - Occupational Health

We are looking for a committed healthcare professional to join our Global Health & Wellbeing team to be a part of exciting projects for a period of 1 year!

Requirements

  • Be a fresh medical graduate in MBBS or MD (Russia/etc.), nursing, allied health or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration, occupational health coordination, nursing administration or medical centre operations will be an added advantage.
  • Possess good knowledge of medical documentation, appointment coordination, health programme tracking, basic supplies management and confidential record handling.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Occupational Health Centre (OHC), including employee healthcare services, medical records, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and health program administration.
  • Support occupational health, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives by ensuring effective clinic operations, healthcare service delivery, regulatory documentation, and emergency readiness.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability in data analysis and database management.
  • Be comfortable working in a factory healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrate strong coordination and communication skills, have a strong bias for action and ability to meet deadlines.
