  • Validate delivery documents, shipment status, warehouse tasks, picking confirmations, loading confirmation, transportation documentation, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Monitor system transactions to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system inventory across picking, staging, loading, and PGI steps.
  • Support troubleshooting of transaction failures, blocked deliveries, stock differences, delivery issues, master data gaps, and EWM/ECC integration constraints.

Inventory Accuracy and Operational Control

  • Support cycle counts, inventory verification activities, and stock reconciliation related to shipping and finished goods warehouse operations.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and protect inventory record accuracy.
  • Ensure all inventory movements related to selection, picking, staging, loading, return to stock, and shipment confirmation are correctly registered in ECC SAP and EWM.

  • Support carrier management activities related to dispatch compliance, loading efficiency, truck turnaround time, and issue escalation.
  • Maintain documentation discipline to reduce delays, rework, claims, customer issues, and financial or inventory discrepancies.

  • Support achievement of OTIF, on-time dispatch, shipment accuracy, and customer service targets through disciplined daily execution.
  • Coordinate urgent shipments, priority deliveries, special requirements, and service recovery actions with Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse, Transportation, and Manufacturing.
  • Minimize shipping delays, selection errors, documentation gaps, loading mistakes, and operational rework through proactive follow-up.
