JOB PURPOSE

Provide packaging technology expertise and advanced machinery solutions to support Home Care manufacturing and innovation priorities across Latin America. Lead the implementation of new packaging technologies, improve operational performance, and drive capital efficiency through scalable and innovative packaging solutions, while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.

The role will play a key part in landing new packaging technologies, including high-speed packaging solutions, and ensuring operational performance targets are successfully achieved.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Lead packaging technology projects across Latin America, ensuring successful deployment of new packaging solutions and technologies.
• Identify, evaluate and implement packaging machinery innovations that improve line performance, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Partner with Business Units, Factory Engineering, Procurement and R&D teams to develop and deploy packaging capabilities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with equipment suppliers and technology partners.
• Support the landing of innovation projects and new packaging technologies, ensuring operational readiness and sustainable performance.
• Transfer technical expertise and best practices to factory and regional teams.
• Collaborate with global technology teams and participate in selected global packaging initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid experience in packaging engineering, packaging technology, packaging machinery, or manufacturing engineering supporting packaging operations.
• Experience within FMCG industries or with packaging machinery manufacturers, packaging technology suppliers, or OEMs serving the consumer goods industry.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Fluent English is required (both written and spoken). Portuguese is highly desirable given the role's location in Brazil. Spanish is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel across LATAM and occasionally support global initiatives.
