Job Purpose
At Unilever Food Solutions, our purpose is to Free Chefs to love what they do . We work with Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers to create exciting menus that are good for diners , and good for the planet . Our brands include Knorr Professional & Best Foods— trusted and used by chefs and F&B operators every day .
This role will drive sustainable sales growth and market share expansion across Central Food Wholesale customers by developing strong customer relationships, executing category and promotional plans, improving distribution and assortment, and ensuring excellent in store execution. The role acts as a key link between UFS, wholesalers, distributors, and foodservice operators.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management
- Manage assigned Central Food Wholesale accounts and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, buyers, branch managers, and sales teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
- Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) and annual account planning activities.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve Sell-In, Sell-Out, distribution, and profitability targets.
- Expand product penetration and increase SKU listings.
- Identify opportunities for new product launches and category growth.
- Acquire new foodservice customers through wholesale partners.
3. Trade Promotion & Execution
- Plan and execute promotional activities aligned with category objectives.
- Monitor promotion effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure excellent execution of merchandising standards, pricing, visibility, and stock availability.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, sampling, and customer engagement activities.
4. Distributor & Field Management
- Work closely with distributor sales teams to achieve territory objectives.
- Conduct joint market visits and customer calls.
- Ensure route-to-market effectiveness and execution excellence.
- Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, and stock health.
- 5. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide recommendations to improve market share and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data and develop action plans to address gaps and opportunities.
6. Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare sales forecasts and demand plans.
- Track KPIs and account performance.
- Maintain CRM and customer records accurately.
- Provide regular business updates to management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, Wholesale, Foodservice, or FMCG Sales.
- Experience working with wholesale chains, distributors, or foodservice channels is highly preferred.
- Understanding of Horeca, Foodservice, Cash & Carry, or Wholesale business models is an advantage.
