KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Planning, Trade Marketing & Execution
- Lead the planning and consolidation of monthly commercial and trade marketing plans across markets and distributor partners.
- Drive promotional forecasting, trade investment planning, and volume alignment to support business growth objectives.
- Plan, execute, and track shopper marketing activations and customer promotions, ensuring excellent in-market execution and ROI.
- Manage customer mapping, target deployment, route-to-market, and Perfect Store/MSL data to strengthen field sales effectiveness.
- Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver seamless execution of commercial and customer growth plans.
2. Data Analytics, Reporting & Business Insights
- Transform commercial, distributor, and market data into actionable insights that drive growth, efficiency, and informed decision-making.
- Develop and manage sales, stock, pricing, and trade investment reporting, proactively identifying opportunities and risks.
- Lead claims reconciliation, contract tracking, promotional analysis, and investment governance to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Drive data quality, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement across commercial planning systems and processes.
3. Operational Excellence, Capability Building & Governance
- Champion operational excellence through process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across Customer Development teams.
- Manage commercial systems, pricing governance, business planning cycles, and monthly performance reviews to enable smooth operations.
- Build organizational capabilities by embedding best practices, enhancing analytical skills, and fostering a data-driven culture.
- Support leadership decision-making through impactful business reviews, performance storytelling, and strategic presentations while ensuring compliance and governance across commercial processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interpersonal skill
- People management /leadership
- Sense of reading market opportunities / proactive approach
- Networking (internal/external)
- 2-3 Years of experience in CD at FMCG
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant industry experience with hands on selling and customer handing both GT/MT will be an added advantage
- Trade Marketing Experience
