Consulting in the field of time management for the regions DE including German laws and regulations
Customizing in the area of time management
Schemes and rules in the area of time management
o Analysis consulting
o Customization and editing
o Creation of new schemes and rules
Enhancement of infotypes
Modifications adaptations of customizing tables
Working time models
o Creating new working time models
o Adjusting existing working time models
o Transfers in schemas and rules
Work schedules
o Create new work schedules
o Adjust existing work schedules
o Transfers in schemes and rules
Presence absence and quotas including rules
o Analysis and consulting
o New installation new creation
o Adaptation of existing implementations
PTMW and time sheet
o Analysis and consulting
o Customizings of PTMW and time sheet
Integration to Payroll
o Analysis consulting
o Check premium logic
o Change premium logic
o Introduce new premium logic

Required Skills
3 to 5 years' experience in time management in SAP HCM with implementations under German law and German regulations
Deep knowledge for Schemes and Rules in SAP HCM
Knowledge for SAP HCM time management entities like working time models work schedules PTMW time sheet
Ideally experience working in an ITIL oriented operation environment
