Threat Tec, a leader in operational environment replication and training solutions, is seeking a Training and Readiness Manager to join our team at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. This role involves designing, executing, and evaluating training programs to enhance operational readiness within a Special Operations Forces (SOF) or combat arms context.

The ideal candidate will leverage prior military experience, an in-depth understanding of SOF capabilities, and proven expertise in curriculum development to create effective training solutions.
