The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Group Account Director to join our Los Angeles team and play a key leadership role across some of AntiSocial’s largest and most exciting client partnerships.

This is a senior client leadership position for someone who knows how to build strong relationships, lead complex accounts, and turn client challenges into opportunities for great work and long-term growth. You’ll serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior-level clients while leading and mentoring our Account team, ensuring we’re delivering thoughtful, innovative, and impactful work across every touchpoint.

You’ll work closely with Strategy, Creative, Social, Influencer, Media, and Production teams to bring integrated ideas to life — from always-on social and creator programs to large-scale campaigns and content productions.

The ideal person is equal parts relationship builder, strategic thinker, team leader, and problem solver. You understand the social and digital landscape, know how to navigate complex organizations and ambitious clients, and are energized by helping both people and accounts grow.
