About this role

Tenstorrent is leading the industry on cutting-edge AI technology, revolutionizing performance expectations, ease of use, and cost efficiency. With AI redefining the computing paradigm, solutions must evolve to unify innovations in software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors.

Our diverse team of technologists have developed a high performance RISC-V CPU from scratch, and share a passion for AI and a deep desire to build the best AI platform possible. We value collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to solving hard problems. We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities.

We’re looking for a Sr. Business Process Analyst, Logistics to design, document, and improve the systems and workflows that move our products around the world.

You will work at the intersection of people, processes, and technology, partnering with Logistics, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and our freight, customs, and warehouse partners to close process gaps, streamline shipment execution, and translate business needs into system configurations and operational improvements.

This role is directly connected to our ability to scale global logistics as Tenstorrent grows, and will contribute meaningfully to ERP adoption, logistics system integration, master data quality, and cross-functional change management.

This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in business process analysis or operations improvement within a fast-moving logistics, supply chain, or hardware environment, with a data-oriented mindset and the ability to find root causes of process breakdowns and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
  • Comfortable working across ERP, WMS, and TMS or freight-management platforms. You understand how inbound, outbound, and returns flows are configured in tools like NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems, can map integrations with carriers, forwarders, 3PLs, and customs brokers, and bridge the gap between system behavior and business intent.
  • Familiar with global logistics operations, including international freight (air, ocean, and ground), Incoterms, customs and trade compliance documentation, and cross-border shipment execution.
  • Skilled in master data management, with an understanding of how item, location, carrier, and trade data (such as HTS codes and country of origin) underpin accurate and reliable shipment execution.
  • A clear communicator and change management practitioner who can document complex workflows, facilitate requirements sessions, and bring stakeholders along through process and system transitions, from alignment to training and adoption.

What We Need

  • Map, document, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics processes across shipping, freight, customs, warehouse/3PL operations, and returns (RMA).
  • Partner with Logistics leads and ERP owners to gather requirements, close configuration gaps, standardize processes, and map ERP integrations with PLM, TMS, carrier/forwarder portals, and customs platforms.
  • Own logistics master data standards and quality, ensuring accurate, consistent item, location, carrier, and trade compliance data across platforms.
  • Lead or support sprint-based improvements by facilitating working sessions, documenting actions, and tracking delivery; analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies, investigate root causes, and recommend improvements.
  • Document SOPs and lead training and adoption for new workflows and system changes.

What You Will Learn

  • Gain deep exposure to global logistics at a fast-scaling AI hardware company, with visibility into how freight, customs, warehousing, and returns connect to procurement, planning, and manufacturing.
  • Build hands-on expertise in ERP process design and logistics systems integration, learning how to configure workflows, map cross-system data flows, and manage master data in a live operational environment.
  • Develop skills in agile-based process improvement methodologies, learning how to scope, sprint, and deliver operational improvements in a structured and repeatable way.
  • Understand how logistics process decisions directly influence delivery performance, landed cost, and customer outcomes, with the scope to drive measurable impact on the business from day one.
