Finance Project Controls

T5 Data Centers is searching for Finance Project Controls who will be responsible the financial and contractual authority on construction projects, responsible for ensuring alignment between budget, commitments, contract terms, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

This role operates as a strategic partner to Operations, providing financial oversight, risk identification, and commercial guidance while maintaining strict adherence to contractual and audit requirements. They will work directly with the operations team, finance team, and assigned clients to provide financial analysis and reporting as required.

The ideal candidate will have a have a proven track record as a financial business partner, financial modeling capabilities, and be proficient in the use of financial and project systems and tools to manage processes and data efficiently.
