• No Objection Certificate and Consent Undertaking/Declaration In order to proceed with the interview process, Synechron Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, holding company and all relevant entities (“Synechron”) require my consent to collect, use, and process my personal information. Understanding of Purpose: I understand and undertakes that my personal information is shared within Synechron and with third-party service providers or partners (involved in the recruitment process) for legitimate business purposes only which includes but not limited to interview process and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 3. Accuracy of Information: I confirm that the information provided by me is complete, true, and accurate. I acknowledge that provision of any false or misleading information may lead to denial of employment or termination if already employed. 4. No Objection: I have no objection to and voluntarily providing consent to Synechron collecting, storing, using, or sharing my personal information for the purposes stated herein. I understand my rights to access, rectify, and, where applicable, delete my personal data held by Synechron, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. 5. Duration of Consent: This consent will remain valid unless expressly revoked by me in written form, notwithstanding any changes in my application status or the termination of any contractual relationship that may ensue. 6. Amendments: Synechron reserves the right to update or amend this undertaking/declaration as required by law or due to changes in its internal policies. I agree to be bound by such amendments as long as they are communicated to me with reasonable notice. 7. Governing Law: This consent undertaking/declaration shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Synechron operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
