Our challenge
We are looking to hire a talented iOS Engineer to design, build, and maintain the next generation of iOS applications. candidate primary focus will be developing high-end iOS applications for the latest Apple mobile devices.
Candidate duties may include collaborating with the design team for new application features, identifying and fixing application bottlenecks, maintaining the core code, and updating applications published on the App Store.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop & Prototype front end applications for Mobile team
- Translate design mockups into functional user interfaces.
- Implement front-end logic and data interactions.
- Develop Screens and Components by integrating back-end APIs.
- Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
- Participate in design review with middleware team and coordinate with business on the functionality.
- Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
- Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
- Fixing application bugs before the final release.
- Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
- Designing and implementing application updates.
- Designing; building and maintaining next generation iOS mobile applications.
- Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
- Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
Requirements
- Knowledge of iOS Frameworks, be proficient in Objective-C, Swift & Swift UI and be able to work as part of a team.
- Outstanding iOS developer should be able to create functional, attractive applications that perfectly meet the needs of the user. Typically requires minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or master's in software engineering.
- Experience in iOS Development using Swift, UIkit and/or Objective C.
- Must have hands on experience on Copilot
- Proven experience as an UI/UX developer for Mobile applications -IOS platform
- Proven experience as an app developer.
- Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, usage of Camera API's, etc.
- Design, Develop & Prototype front end applications for Mobile team
- Translate design mockups into functional user interfaces.
- Github CoPilot or similar
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience with continuous integration & Unit tests.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
