Job Title: AI Tech Lead
Experience: 6-8 Years Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead to design, develop, and lead the implementation of AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, generative AI, cloud technologies, and software engineering, along with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect scalable AI platforms and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models, LLM-based applications, and data pipelines.
- Drive technical discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture decisions.
- Mentor and guide AI/ML engineers and developers.
- Ensure model performance, reliability, security, and scalability in production environments.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 6-8 years of experience in Software Development, AI, or Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI services.
- Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, model deployment, and MLOps.
- Experience with vector databases, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and large-scale data processing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading technical teams or projects.
- Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, and model monitoring.
- Certifications in Azure AI, AWS ML, or equivalent cloud technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
