Executive Assistant to the President & Founder

This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of high-impact business, investment, and community initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

About the Role

This is far more than a traditional executive assistant position — you’ll serve as a trusted partner to the President, managing critical business functions across corporate, investment, and nonprofit activities. Your work will directly support decision-making, drive project execution, and help shape the company’s continued growth and community impact.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Provide executive-level support, including schedule management, correspondence, travel, and priority tracking.
  • Manage accounting and bookkeeping functions, including above-property payables, payroll, investor/lender reporting, banking, and personal financial matters.
  • Oversee corporate compliance, contract management, and annual entity filings.
  • Drive delegated project management initiatives.
  • Support the President’s nonprofit board and organizational commitments.
  • Maintain the company’s website and oversee technology platforms.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365, Adobe PDF, ADP Workforce Now, M3 Accounting, Zoom, and Dropbox.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a senior executive assistant or in a similar leadership support role.
  • Strong accounting and financial administration skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in various software applications and adaptability to new tools.
  • Highest level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Ability for 5%-10% travel within the Southeast.

Why Join Us

At Summit Management Corporation, you’ll be part of a small, high-performing team with direct access to decision-making and the chance to contribute meaningfully to both business success and community impact. You’ll work on diverse projects spanning hospitality, real estate, and nonprofit sectors — all in vibrant Nashville.
