The Opportunity
StartEngine is building the future of private-market investing, and we are seeking an accomplished sales leader to lead and expand our Private Sales team. As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for the performance, development, and growth of a team of FINRA-registered representatives serving accredited investors and offering sought-after pre-IPO securities through the secondary market.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to hire and develop exceptional sales professionals, establish a culture of accountability, and consistently translate strategy into results. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and brings a strong understanding of complex financial products and consultative sales.
