As a Production Trainee, you will help maintain the accuracy and quality of sports event information across Sportradar's platforms. You will work with detailed procedures and guidelines to verify match data, update schedules, and ensure information is delivered accurately and on time.
This role is ideal for individuals who are highly detail-oriented, enjoy working with data, and can consistently follow established processes.
What you'll do
- Review and verify sports event information, including match schedules, teams, venues, and start times.
- Update and maintain fixture data based on official sources.
- Monitor schedule changes, postponements, cancellations, and other event updates.
- Follow detailed procedures and quality standards to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and report inconsistencies or missing information.
- Coordinate with scouts, partners, and internal teams when additional information is needed.
- Support clients and colleagues by responding to data-related inquiries through various communication channels.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and reading comprehension skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Ability to work with structured processes and established guidelines.
- Experience in teaching, academic projects, student organizations, or similar activities is an advantage.
- Relevant studies or educational background are preferred.
- Candidates with limited professional experience may be considered based on their potential and overall fit.
