BSI Engineering is seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Manager to lead our growing Structural team and help shape the future of our engineering practice. This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer who enjoys balancing technical engineering excellence with people leadership.

As Structural Engineering Manager, you'll guide a team of engineers, oversee diverse industrial projects, and play a key role in developing talent, driving innovation, and advancing the capabilities of our Structural discipline.

What makes this opportunity unique is the variety and complexity of the work. Our team designs structural systems for industrial facilities across specialty chemicals, renewable chemicals, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and aviation industries.

In addition to traditional steel and concrete design, BSI's Structural team is actively involved in advanced structural analysis, facility modifications, equipment support structures, foundation design, and innovative solutions utilizing Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) systems and emerging materials.

As a leader within the organization, you'll help champion new technologies, design approaches, and continuous improvement initiatives while working alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, mentor future engineering leaders, strengthen client relationships, and help expand the capabilities of a growing employee-owned company.
