Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Site Foreman to join our team in Lewiston, Maine. This is an opportunity for a proven field leader who enjoys being on the jobsite, working alongside the crew, operating equipment when needed, and taking ownership of project success from start to finish.

In this role you will supervise crews, ensure safety compliance, interpret plans, coordinate materials, and work with your PM to keep projects on schedule and within budget. You’ll serve as the key liaison between the crew, project managers, and owner representatives.
