Brunswick Housing Authority is seeking a Housing Inspector/Maintenance Tech , to be based in Brunswick, Maine. Job Summary
The Housing Inspector/Maintenance Tech is responsible for the inspection of dwellings of all types that fall under the HCV (Section 8) program and other BHA owned or managed properties for compliance with codes relative to building, plumbing, electrical, and occupancy sanitation, zoning and other features as required by HUD.
This position is also responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks associated with the repair and upkeep of the agencies’ dwelling units and facilities.
