Job Summary
The Director of Facilities is responsible for the strategic planning, management, and oversight of all physical assets owned and operated by the Housing Authority, including public housing units, administrative offices, and related properties.
This role ensures that all facilities are safe, code-compliant, well-maintained, and operated in a cost-effective manner while supporting the Authority's mission of providing quality affordable housing. The Director leads the maintenance, capital improvement, and facilities operations teams and works closely with executive leadership, property management, and external contractors/vendors.
