Job Description

The Staff Supplier Development Engineer – Propulsion & Landing Gear will lead the technical development, industrialization, and performance improvement of suppliers supporting airframe structures, precision-machined components, landing gear, and propulsion and engine-related hardware.

This role will assess supplier capabilities, manufacturing readiness, capacity, quality systems, and production processes while resolving complex technical, quality, and delivery issues. The engineer will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program teams to support supplier selection, new product introduction, qualification, and production ramp-up.

The ideal candidate has strong aerospace manufacturing experience, can lead onsite supplier development and recovery efforts, and is able to obtain and maintain a U. S. government security clearance.
