Contract Manager

At Sharpsmart, we are looking for a commercially minded Contract Manager to own a portfolio of healthcare customer accounts and play a critical role in our growth strategy. This is not a traditional account management role.

We are looking for someone who can build influential senior stakeholder relationships, clearly demonstrate value, drive retention, identify growth opportunities and become a trusted partner to our customers. As Contract Manager, you will manage customer contracts throughout their lifecycle—from mobilisation and day-to-day performance management to review, renewal and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with customers and internal operational teams to ensure contractual commitments are understood, delivered and evidenced. This is a varied role requiring strong commercial judgement, excellent stakeholder management and a practical, solutions-focused approach to resolving issues before they affect customer experience or contract performance.
