This position will join a small, rapidly growing Global legal team, reporting directly to the VP, General Counsel. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Revenue and People teams on a wide variety of contracts and agreements. You will also provide legal guidance and support to the Compliance, Finance, and Product teams.
This position involves working with stakeholders across multiple regions, with a particular focus on taking on the lead role role in our European operations.
This role is based in our Budapest, Hungary office on a hybrid schedule. This will be a 12 month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Commercial contract review and negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements in line with business and legal requirements
- Human resources legal support: Work closely with our People team on employment agreements, policies, and other issues arising under Hungarian law
- Advise all business units on various legal issues: Provide clear, practical legal guidance to cross-functional teams across the organization
- Collaborate on internal system and process optimization: Support improvements to legal processes and tools to increase efficiency and scalability
- Supervise outside counsel and other legal support vendors: Oversee external legal partners to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company needs
- Increase internal customer support satisfaction: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and improve responsiveness and service delivery
WHAT YOU’ll BRING:
- A degree in law from an accredited Hungarian university
- Prior legal experience (SaaS technology or law firm) is a plus, but we welcome recent graduates who bring strong academic performance and/or relevant internships

- Working knowledge of and an interest in leveraging AI capabilities
(AMAZING IF YOU ALSO HAVE):
- Experience or familiarity with GDPR, Data Protection, and Privacy law and regulation
- Relevant international or cross-border experience
