Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team on a maternity leave cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to manage recruitment for local and global roles, partner with hiring managers across different markets and contribute to innovative and challenging talent acquisition initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, high ownership and a genuine passion for people and recruitment. They will bring fresh ideas, embrace new technologies and use AI-powered tools to improve the hiring process and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned recruitment processes, including hiring manager kickoffs, day-to-day process management and reference checks.
- Recruit for local and global roles across different markets and time zones.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and creative recruiting methods.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems, HR technologies and AI tools to support effective recruitment.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Support process improvements and contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience managing and coordinating recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers.
- Experience recruiting for global or international roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic, organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn and introduce new ideas.
- Genuine motivation to work in a dynamic and evolving recruitment environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
