Contractor- Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate)

Hi there 👋 — I’m Dr. Grace Hunter, and I have the privilege of leading the clinical team at Sana. We’re looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join our virtual team for six months, primarily to provide parental leave coverage, with the potential for the role to transition into a longer-term, full-time position.

You’ll care for adult patients across preventive care, chronic disease management, and common acute concerns. And you’ll help redefine how care can be delivered—thoughtfully, efficiently, and with patients truly at the center.
