Web Production Lead, Global

Design Production

Mexico City | Hybrid

About the team

The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multifaceted team does it all. We are a collection of creative visionaries, craftspeople, storytellers, strategists, producers, and more, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work.

The Senior Manager, Web Production

Design owns the web production on the Global Design Production team across product, campaign, and industry teams on Salesforce. com. This role will lead a new team of web production designers, set the standard for production quality, and help build and refine new workflow processes.

You'll also stay hands-on, working directly in Figma to build, review, and unblock work alongside the team. It's a player-coach role: you're accountable for your team's output and growth, while still shipping polished, production-ready work yourself.

The ideal candidate has deep Figma expertise, a strong grasp of modular web systems and CMS constraints, and proven experience managing designers and production workflows at scale while never losing the craft.

What you will do

  • Own project delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, resourcing, and quality across multiple concurrent web production workstreams.
  • Build and grow a team of web production designers — hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and developing their craft and career paths.
  • Stay hands-on in Figma: build and review production-ready mockups, set the quality bar, and jump into complex or high-priority builds directly.
  • Translate briefs, wireframes, content matrices, and creative direction into scalable production plans the team can execute against.
  • Establish and evolve production processes, design system usage, templates, and QA standards across the team.
  • Partner directly with Art Directors, PMMs, copywriters, project managers, and web publishing leads to manage handoffs, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Identify gaps or risk in project inputs early and proactively resolve them before they hit production.
  • Balance team workload and prioritization across a high-volume, fast-moving portfolio of projects.
  • Champion adoption of new tools and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Figma Make, Weave, Webflow) across the team.

What experience you have

  • Proven experience managing and growing a design or production team, including hiring and performance development.
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Figma — able to build and review production work directly, not just delegate it.
  • Track record owning end-to-end delivery of web production projects in a structured design system.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design, reusable components, and modular page systems.
  • Strong understanding of CMS or page-builder environments and production pipelines at scale.
  • Strong process and QA instincts — able to set standards and catch issues before they become rework.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience with AI design tools (Figma Make, Weave, Webflow) and driving their adoption.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale marketing websites.
  • Comfort operating as both a strategic owner and an individual contributor when the work demands it.
