Technical Architect

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group, based in Tel Aviv (hybrid). In this role, you act as a strategic advisor and product expert for our largest, most complex enterprise customers, working alongside Agentforce to help them design and deliver solutions that scale.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Guide customers and partners through project cycles, sharing platform and product expertise to shape the strongest possible solution.
• Act as lead architect across an engagement, coordinating multiple architects and aligning with project and engagement managers on planning and delivery.
• Direct early solution evaluation, manage issues proactively, and engage effectively with executives, account teams, engineering, and product management.
• Mentor customers, partners, and colleagues on technical delivery, communication strategy, and executive influence.

You're Our Person If...

• You have hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience in a major software domain (e.g. CRM, ERP, HR), plus coding experience in object-oriented languages.
• You have experience with the Salesforce Platform and technical architecture, including designing and implementing solutions on Salesforce.
• You can analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration, and guide others in adopting emerging technology for business use cases.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Even Better If...

• You have a detailed understanding of web services, data modeling, and enterprise application integration, including experience with enterprise integration tools (ESBs and/or ETL tools).
• You've built and maintained relationships with C-level and other key decision makers.
• You have experience as a Senior Architect or CTO leading organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.
• You have experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, including coded solutions.
