Role Description
AI Labs is building an emerging product that changes how Salesforce itself gets built and run. We move quickly and we decide with evidence, which means someone has to own the analytics, run the programs, and turn what works once into something that works everywhere.
That is this role. You own the analysis and the day to day programs for the team. When something proves out in one region or one account team, you are the person who makes it repeatable and then scales it across our global business.
- Responsibilities
- Own the analytics. One set of numbers for pipeline, adoption, delivery, and customer outcomes. Every figure sourced, with a clear line between measured results and estimates.
- Bring the answer. Market sizing, capacity models, pricing tests, build versus buy. Come with a recommendation, not just a spreadsheet.
- Run the day to day programs. Own the programs that keep the team moving: reviews, launches, field readiness, and the workstreams that cross teams. You are the person who knows what is actually blocked.
- Make it repeatable. Take a concept that worked once and turn it into a play with an owner, a checklist, a measure, and a training path.
- Then make it scale. Roll that play across regions and teams, and hold it to the same standard everywhere.
- Write. V2MOMs, decision memos, and executive updates in language anyone in the room can follow on first read.
- Be a force multiplier. Take the problem nobody owns yet, scope it, and bring back the plan.
Required Experiences & Skills
- Experience. 8+ years across strategy and operations, business operations, program management, management consulting, or corporate strategy, with time inside a high growth software business.
- Analytics. Advanced modeling, and you get your own answers from SQL, CRM Analytics, or equivalent. You do not wait on a reporting queue.
- Program management. You have run global programs across multiple regions and functions, on a deadline, with real stakeholders.
- Scaling instinct. You have turned a successful one off into standard practice, and you know what breaks when something goes global.
- Writing. You write clearly and briefly for executives. You know the difference between a summary and a decision memo.
- Sourcing discipline. Every number you publish has a source and a confidence level attached.
- Range. You can move between a capacity model in the morning and a field readiness plan in the afternoon without losing quality on either.
- Preferred. Salesforce platform or ecosystem experience. Experience operating a consumption based business. Experience supporting an acquisition integration.
- Education. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
