We are on the lookout for a senior, dynamic individual to own and drive our Futureforce University recruitment programs in the EMEA region forward. As part of a global team, you will strategically plan and lead the execution of university recruiting solutions that align with our business goals, providing senior-level ownership, mentorship, and stakeholder management across the region.

Your focus will be on intern and new graduate onboarding and engagement programs, activating prospective and current hires in our Dublin and EMEA offices, and leading our campus recruiting strategy and globally aligned initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovative Onboarding: Design and execute a best-in-class new intern and graduate onboarding experience to accelerate integration and performance.
  • Graduate Program Development: Build and scale a future-ready intern and graduate program that aligns with business needs, fostering talent growth and retention.
  • High-Impact Programs: Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-impact, Dublin/ EMEA based programs and campus and brand engagement events to drive top candidate experiences.
  • Brand Reinforcement: Manage end-to-end merchandise and giveaway logistics to enhance candidate and employee experience while reinforcing brand identity.
  • Seamless Operations: Collaborate closely with the Futureforce recruitment team to ensure seamless operations, data accuracy, and a consistent candidate experience.
  • Campus Strategy: Contribute to campus strategy initiatives, including campaign design, outreach, and recruitment at top-tier universities.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain and analyze key program metrics and dashboards to assess impact and inform strategic decisions.
  • Resource Management: Own budgeting and supplier relationships to ensure efficient resource utilization and high-quality outcomes, including contract and PO management where needed.
  • Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive cross-functional initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs through special projects and continuous innovation.

Requirements

  • Experience: Ideally 5+ years in events, HR and/or program management, ideally within early careers or campus initiatives.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in designing, executing, and sustaining impactful campus engagement and employer branding programs.
  • Project Management: Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, resourcing, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively engages and communicates with diverse stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met; adept at balancing competing interests and fostering collaboration.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in reporting tools and applicant tracking systems, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and web-based platforms and strong AI-fluency.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational, task prioritisation with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Operates with a high sense of urgency and thrives in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments; comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and quick to learn new systems and processes.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading, mentoring, or managing junior team members, with the ability to operate as a senior point of ownership across cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
