Ohana Floor—hospitality remains at the core of our Workplace Services philosophy. We are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber Senior Manager – Food & Beverage (India) to lead
and elevate our end-to-end culinary and F&B operations across India. In this role, you will define the regional F&B strategy, oversee high-profile Executive Briefing Center (SIC) dining and
hospitality events, and manage our strategic partner ecosystem. This role requires a unique blend of five-star luxury hotel hospitality, high-volume corporate catering expertise, and executive stakeholder management.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic F&B Leadership & Tower Readiness
- Lead the end-to-end F&B operations, strategy, and opening execution for the new Bangalore
- Tower, including the Ohana Floor, high-volume cafes, and executive event spaces.
- Oversee F&B operations for all India sites (including Hyderabad), ensuring consistent, world-class hospitality standards across the region.
- Line-manage the existing F&B Manager (Hyderabad) and mentor site-level hospitality teams.
Executive Hospitality, Events & Executive Briefing Center (SIC)
- Design, curate, and execute bespoke hospitality experiences for executive events,
- Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) briefings, leadership visits, and community gatherings on the Ohana Floor.
- Partner with internal events and executive leadership teams to deliver tailored, premium culinary experiences that reflect the Salesforce brand values.
Strategic Partner & Vendor Governance
- Provide strategic direction and daily governance to the Compass Group leadership team and the JLL F&B Management team.
- Drive operational excellence, SLA/KPI adherence, menu innovation, nutrition standards, and food safety across all dining facilities and corporate cafes.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with vendor leads to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous service improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the India F&B budget, including operating expenses, event catering budgets, equipment maintenance, and strategic vendor contract management.
- Drive sustainability initiatives in food sourcing, waste reduction, single-use plastic elimination, and energy-efficient kitchen practices.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local statutory food safety regulations, FSSAI certifications, health & safety audits, and hygiene standards.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 12–16+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, F&B service, and culinary operations.
- Background: A strong foundation in 5-star luxury hotels/resorts combined with leadership roles in large-scale corporate food service providers (e.g., Compass Group, Sodexo, Elior) or major tech MNC corporate real estate operations.
- Vendor Management: Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar F&B contractsand leading large third-party production and service teams in a matrixed environment.
- Event Execution: Extensive hands-on experience organizing high-profile VIP dining, executive briefings, and large-scale corporate events (1,000+ attendees).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and executive communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and global executives.
