The Experience

You'll join the Central Marketing Planning and Strategy team, the group that operationalizes and drives end-to-end marketing planning, strategy, operations, and critical initiatives for the broader marketing org. This is a role for someone who can take an ambiguous problem and build the process or framework from scratch, working closely with Finance & Strategy and senior marketing leadership to shape how the business runs.

This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Independently define and build new planning frameworks and processes where none currently exist, rather than executing against an established plan.
  • Own and evolve the end-to-end outlook and actuals reporting process, ensuring alignment between internal marketing systems and corporate Finance & Strategy (F&S) data.
  • Drive annual planning, quarterly close, and other strategic initiatives critical to the marketing organization's success, from framing the approach through execution.
  • Design and lead data integrity and governance standards across global marketing, partnering with systems owners to clean and simplify data across multiple systems of record and reduce manual work as the org scales.
  • Lead financial reporting adjustments and historical data restatements following organizational changes to maintain continuity and accuracy.
  • Build and own spend reports and executive decks, using Salesforce tools to surface trends and analysis for senior leadership.
  • Partner with Functional Strategy & Planning and Finance & Strategy teams to manage budget execution and track quarterly spend trends.
  • Act as a key insights resource for business partners across marketing, developing enablement materials that scale knowledge and support informed decision-making.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Analytics, and/or Business Operations.
  • You've owned a project or initiative end-to-end, from ambiguity to execution, rather than supporting someone else's plan.
  • You operate with minimal oversight, translating ambiguous business needs into structured deliverables.
  • You're a proactive self-starter who can own initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite, and pick up new systems quickly.
  • You have strong analytical and financial modeling skills and can translate data into actionable insights.
  • You've influenced cross-functional stakeholders and communicated effectively with senior leaders.
  • You have excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • You bring a structured, proactive approach to problem-solving and spotting opportunities.
  • You have high attention to detail and a commitment to quality execution.
  • You're able to work PST hours.

Even Better If...

  • You have experience with data visualization and analytics tools like Tableau or Salesforce Analytics.
  • You hold a Salesforce or Tableau certification.
  • You have knowledge of GAAP-based accounting recognition policies.
