As the Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary sales strategy business partner to sales leadership. You will own the annual planning process and the operational rhythm of the business, translating complex data into clear narratives that drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, territory planning, and account segmentation to ensure coverage models are optimized for peak productivity. You will conduct deep-dive data analyses to uncover patterns, identify performance gaps, and collaborate directly with First-Line and Second-Line Sales Leaders.
Your Impact Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to sales managers and executive leadership, steering weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms with data-led insights.

Deliver actionable analytics that highlight key growth patterns, address performance gaps, and foster objective, data-backed strategic conversations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales Leadership, Strategy Business Partners, Finance, Employee Success, Renewals, and Sales Programs to build and maintain a seamless business management system.
Contribute directly to scalable business growth in a fast-paced, highly collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Cadence: Own and execute the end-to-end planning process, forecasting cadence, pipeline reviews, and account planning strategy for your assigned segment.
- Analytics & Actionable Insights: Turn complex operational data into actionable business intelligence. Identify top-performing levers, performance gaps, and early blind spots to address issues proactively.
- AI & Automation Champion: Lead AI initiatives across the strategy organization by identifying, automating, and optimizing repetitive workflows and operational use cases.
- Self-Service & Dashboard Enablement: Deepen leadership's engagement with existing Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and dashboards, enabling sales leaders to run their business self-sufficiently using centralized data.
- KPI Standardization: Proactively engage cross-functional stakeholders to define, formalize, and align on standardized success metrics, KPIs, and single-source-of-truth reporting platforms.
- Business Performance Reviews: Track progress against operational priorities and co-own Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and annual planning cycles.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business insights, and sales strategy/planning—preferably within an enterprise software or SaaS organization.
- Deep knowledge of Sales Strategy, GTM execution, bookings metrics, pipeline analytics, consumption
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Tableau, AI workflow automation tools, and modern business intelligence platforms.
- Proven ability to deep dive and translate large, sophisticated business datasets into clear executive narratives and strategic recommendations. Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or executive presentation tools.
