Role Description
We are seeking a proven, tactical, and strategic Regional Vice President of Sales to lead a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives within the Commercial Business Unit (CBU) organization. The appointed RVP will play a key role in generating revenue and achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas.
You will be a valuable contributor to sales strategy while defining and implementing processes to help RSDs and Account Executives generate pipeline and drive transformational projects with our customers and prospects.
In this role, the RVP will directly lead and scale sales operations across Colombia, Chile, Perú, and Argentina , driving revenue growth, market expansion, and regional customer success across Southern Cone and Andean markets. You will align cross-functional teams across these key LATAM territories to execute strategic GTM initiatives tailored to localized market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Support direct reports by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings; engage corporate resources as needed.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and development for the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new sales talent on the sales process.
- Conduct weekly forecasting meetings and coach the team on strategies to close deals.
- Report sales activity and pipeline forecasts to senior sales leadership.
- Consistently supervise team sales activity and track performance metrics.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Pipeline Management: Proven track record of pipeline management in high-transaction environments with a deep understanding of best practices across all deal sizes.
- Large Deal Execution: Demonstrated experience closing multi-million-dollar Annual Contract Value (ACV) deals, backed by concrete examples.
- Executive Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a second-line manager leading large organizations, with direct management of at least 4 director-level leaders.
- Scale & P&L: Previous ownership of a business unit generating a minimum of $80M in recurring revenue, along with a track record of effective attrition/renewal management and P&L oversight.
