About this role

Overview of the Role:

Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) is a strategic pillar of Salesforce's Enterprise go-to-market model in the UK and Ireland (UKI). The team partners with Salesforce's largest Enterprise customers. ECS drives about 70% of UKI Enterprise transactions and around 30% of total Enterprise revenue.

As Regional Vice President, you lead a London-based team of around 10 Account Executives who each manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts. They sell across the full Salesforce platform, with opportunities up to $150k annualised contract value.

The environment is fast-paced and high-velocity, with a focus on forecast accuracy, a rolling 90-day book of business, and consistent monthly deal execution. You join a team known for coaching, collaboration, and development, where many Account Executives progress into broader Enterprise leadership roles across Salesforce and the wider technology industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives who sell Salesforce solutions to Enterprise customers.
  • Build strength in strategic selling, deal qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for ECS
  • Own the regional forecast and quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Partner with Core Account Directors, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build executive-level relationships with key customers
  • Align priorities with EMEA and Global leadership
  • Bring the voice of the customer into product roadmap and go-to-market decisions

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in software or SaaS.
  • History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing and coaching sales teams in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles in a matrix sales model.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading high-volume, transactional sales teams
  • Experience selling AI or platform solutions
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation alongside cross-functional partners
