Role Description
We are looking for a self-starting, team-orientated, and passionate individual to join our team focused on GTM strategy and execution. As a Program & Content Operations Analyst for our internal Decoded enablement programs, you help support the strategy and execution of high-impact learning content to ensure our learners gain the skills they need to succeed in the Salesforce ecosystem.
You will own a wide variety of initiatives that support the end-to-end execution of our 3 Decoded series to drive confidence in product and pricing updates to build quality pipeline. In this role, you partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, easily digestible learning experiences.
This is a cross-functional role for a creator or former Account Executive/Solutions Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about learner-first design.
Your Impact
Success in this role is measured by your ability to produce high-quality content, deliver complex programs, and build deep trust with global stakeholders.
- Architect scalable learning solutions from initial outline through final publication to meet aggressive release cycles.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product to align content roadmaps with the latest Salesforce product innovations.
- Drive quality by enforcing rigorous content standards and leading peer reviews to ensure a learner-first experience.
- Measure success using key metrics such as audience growth, product confidence scores, learner sentiment, and peer-to-peer KPI comparisons.
- Advocate for inclusive and accessible content design.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to produce clear, learner-first prose and design complex technical challenges .
- Technical Proficiency: You have foundational understanding of Salesforce products, or comparable enterprise automation platforms.
- Project Leadership: Strong project management skills with a track record of hitting deadlines and leading complex projects with minimal oversight.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to deliver executive-ready content for diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Experience working across cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive alignment.
- Strategic Agility : Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to simplify complexity and move from strategic thinking to tactical execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software Sales, either as an Account Executive or Solutions Engineer
- Experience using generative AI and LLM technologies to build instructional content or assessments.
- Experience writing dynamic communications for corporate or social media.
